The essentials

Six simple care rules

Turn inside out

Turn your garment inside out before washing to reduce rubbing against the printed design.

Cold gentle wash

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colours.

Use mild detergent

Avoid bleach, harsh stain removers and fabric softener on the print.

Line dry in shade

Reshape the garment while damp, then line dry away from harsh direct sunlight.

Do not tumble dry

High heat can damage the print and may shrink or distort the garment.

Never iron the print

If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use low heat around the design.

Step-by-step guide

The best way to wash your printed garment

Always check the care label sewn into your garment as well. If its instructions are more restrictive, follow the garment label.

  1. 1

    Prepare your garment

Turn it inside out, empty any pockets and close zips. Wash with similar colours and avoid rough items that may rub against the design.

  2. 2

    Wash gently

Use cold water, a gentle machine cycle and a small amount of mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak or dry clean.

  3. 3

    Dry naturally

Remove the garment promptly, gently reshape it and line dry in the shade. Do not wring or tumble dry.

  4. 4

    Store with care

Make sure the garment is completely dry before folding. Avoid placing a hot iron directly over the printed area.

Helpful answers

Care questions

Can I put my printed garment in the dryer?

We recommend line drying instead. The high heat and repeated tumbling can affect the print and may shrink or distort the garment.

Can I iron my T-shirt?

Yes, if the garment label allows it. Turn the garment inside out, use a low setting and never place the iron directly onto the printed design.

Can I use stain remover?

Avoid applying strong stain removers directly to the print. Test a mild product on an unseen area first and follow the garment label.

Why should I wash the garment inside out?

Washing inside out reduces friction between the printed design, other garments and the washing machine drum, helping preserve the print finish.

What should I do if I have a problem with my print?

Please stop wearing or washing the item and contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

Correct care helps extend the life of your garment and print. Normal wear and repeated laundering will gradually affect all printed clothing over time.
