Custom Apparel FAQs
What can I upload?
You can upload a photo, logo, illustration or finished design. For the clearest print, use a high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG file. Please only provide artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
Do I need to provide a finished design?
No. You can enter custom wording, upload artwork, or combine both. Include clear placement instructions with your order, and contact us before purchasing if you need help with a more complex idea.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order applies. You can order one personalised item or contact us for help coordinating a larger group order.
Can you print on the front and back?
Available print positions and any additional pricing are shown on each product. Selected items offer front, back or two-position printing.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. Select the digital proof option while personalising your item. Production will begin after your approval, so choosing a proof may add time to the order.
How long does production and delivery take?
Custom orders are generally prepared within 2–4 business days. Standard and Express Post options are available at checkout. Express Post speeds up delivery after dispatch but does not change the production time, so please contact us before ordering if your item is urgent.
