Is there a minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum order. If you only need one customised item, ordering through our Design Your Own collection is usually the quickest option. Group quotes are helpful for coordinated or higher-quantity orders.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Group pricing depends on the garment, quantity, print size and number of print positions. We’ll provide clear pricing based on the details of your order.
Can you help if our artwork is not ready?
Yes. Send us your logo, wording, idea or available artwork and explain what you need. We’ll confirm what is possible and whether any additional design work is required.
Can you print on the front and back?
Yes. We can quote for front, back and selected additional print positions. Pricing will reflect the number and size of the prints required.
Can we mix garment sizes and colours?
Usually, yes. Available colours and size ranges vary between garment styles, so we’ll help you coordinate suitable options for your group.
How long will our order take?
