I ordered 4 of these the week before Christmas. They arrived in time and they're absolutely fantastic! I fell in love the moment and immediately sent photos to people squealing about how beautiful they were. The craftspersonship is flawless; luxurious texture, correct spelling, functional drawstring, durable enough for toddlers, and the detailing doesn't seem like it's going to flake easily. They more than fit our Santa gifts. Photos honestly do not do them justice. And I could see from package tracking that the tag was printed really late at night. I don't know if this is standard service or if extra effort/time was being put in because it was so close to Christmas, but either way it's obviously above and beyond what would be expected and I really appreciate the care and skill put into the whole service.
I ordered four of these the week before Christmas. I left a longer review on one, but the short version is; arrived in time, flawless crafting, fantastic customer service, photos don't do them justice, 100% recommend.

Amazing communication! I was after a font that would support my Neurodiverse child's recognition of letters and the communication and understanding I received was faultless! Product perfect condition and kids loved them.

Good customer service. Great quality product and fast delivery.
We have an Autistic child and wanted to seek clarification regarding specific letters of fonts that can often be ambiguous and look ‘different'. The customer service received was amazing and additional options given so as to ensure the a, s and T were going to look ‘normal' and not add any confusion for our young child. All correspondence was phenomenal by Sharyn and extremely quick. Products were perfect!
